Summary
Most of the narrative of Puerto Rico in the 2010s and 2020s displayed collapse and emigration (and people were right to focus on this, for many reasons). As a Puerto Rican, I wanted to see if there were causes for hope, bright spots in some of the data. So I focused on people moving to the island and highlighted a few stories of resilient people returning from the diaspora.
